What is Emotional Freedom Techniues (EFT)?
EFT or Tapping as it is sometimes called, is a powerful set of techniques for resolving emotional and physical problems gently and effectively.
It is based on impressive new discoveries regarding the body's subtle energy system and its connection with our emotions and health. It has proven clinically effective in thousands of cases for a very wide variety of emotional, psychological and physical issues, often working when nothing else will.
It is often said that it is like an emotional or psychological form of acupuncture without the needles.
How does EFT work?
It involves tapping on a sequence of meridian points with the fingertips while talking and focusing on particular aspects of the issue to be resolved. The tapping balances the body's energy system, releasing blockages which are linked to negative emotions or discomfort, and the roots of dis-ease within the body.
