If you are suffering from generalised anxiety disorder or GAD, you may be finding excessive and persistent worry and anxiety overwhelming. Or maybe you feel a milder nagging anxiety most days. It can feel like a state of dread, an uneasiness, or a free-floating anxiety.

You may be finding it hard to switch off and relax. Your mind may be almost constantly on guard for the next thing to worry about, and it can lead you to feeling mentally and physically exhausted.

Perhaps you are worried about a number of issues or situations, and as one thing seems to be resolved you find something else to worry about.

Or maybe you find it hard to pinpoint exactly what has caused you to feel anxious, and you just feel that something’s not right.

Although it can be a long-term issue if left untreated, it can be overcome with the right approach for you. I use highly effective techniques to help people to overcome anxiety issues of all kinds.

As a specialist in anxiety issues, including GAD and having experienced prolonged and severe anxiety myself many years ago, I love to help people to become free of it.

Experiencing Anxiety?

If you are experiencing any kind of anxiety, whether it’s frequent and overwhelming, or just about specific situations, or linked to specific fears, I can help you overcome your issues.

What is generalised anxiety disorder?

GAD is when you feel persistently anxious and worried a lot of the time about many things rather than just specific issues or situations. You may feel anxious even when you have no obvious reasons to worry, and you may find your mind spiralling into more and more anxiety and negative thoughts.

Unlike a specific fear or phobia where you just feel anxious about a specific thing or situation, GAD is a more chronically anxious state that gives you a feeling of unease or dread that persists in your daily life, or most days to varying degrees. Although, a fear or phobia can lead to GAD if you have a lot of focus on your feared object ot situation.

GAD is when your nervous system has become overstimulated and is on hyper alert which keeps you in an anxious state and you become easily trigged to worry about many things.

As it effects both your mind and body it leads you to experience physical as well as mental and emotional symptoms. It reduces your overall vitality, affects your sleep, and can make you feel physically exhausted.

Generalised anxiety disorder treatment

With my personalised tailored treatment for GAD, I help you to resolve the root causes of your anxiety and I also use and teach you techniques to help you to calm your nervous system and give you long term relief. so that you can start to feel generally a lot calmer.
