Online EFT Sessions

Online EFT sessions from the comfort of your own home

One of the great things about online EFT sessions or EFT via Zoom is that you get to enjoy the process of tapping from the comfort of your own home. I’ve been working with clients through online therapy, including online EFT for a number of years. Many people find it more convenient, and find it just as effective as having face to face sessions.

How do online EFT sessions work?

It works just the same as in face to face sessions. I usually send clients an information sheet about EFT with the confirmation email when they book a session so that they already have some idea of how it works when they come to have the session and so that we can make the greatest progress during the session. I send clients a Zoom link in advance of the session.

I would start the session by finding out more about you, the issues you want to work on, and your goals for the session. I will explain more about to we do EFT, and we will tap through the issues that are relevant to you and your specific issues. I combine EFT, as and when appropriate for you with hypnotherapy and NLP; however I am client led and flexible in my approach.

What are the benefits of online EFT sessions?

Just like face to face sessions, online EFT sessions can help you overcome many problems, resolving anxiety, fears, phobias, self esteem and confidence issues, weight and body issues, and many other problems, helping you feel much more positive and empowered. You don’t even need to leave comfort of your own home to receive the many positive many positive changes to can gain.

How do I prepare for my online EFT session?

Find a space for your session that is quiet, peaceful, is at a comfortable temperature, and where you will remain uninterrupted for the duration of the session. Make sure you have a good internet connection, and that you have a secure, fixed position for your device, so that you have your hands free, and that your head and shoulders can be clearly seen throughout the session.
